Sure, Sofia Vergara looks unbelievably sexy when she's all glammed up on the red carpet -- but without makeup, well, she still looks pretty darn hot.

The Modern Family star, 38, was snapped au naturel on the NYC set of the star-studded romantic comedy, New Year's Eve, as she headed to her makeup trailer on Tuesday.

The Colombian-born stunner has admitted she has a lot of help getting prepped for awards shows.

"Of course I have a stylist that helps sometimes when I need to dress my 'Golden Globes,'" she quipped to UsMagazine.com at the SAG Awards, where she stunned in a Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline.

The end result is well worth it.
